Harris Extended Power Lomax Distribution: Properties, Inference and Applications

چکیده

In this work, we present a five-parameter life time distribution called Harris power Lomax (HPL)  which is obtained by convoluting the Harris-G and Power distribution. When compared to existing distributions, new exhibits very flexible probability functions; may be increasing, decreasing, J, reversed J shapes been observed for density hazard rate functions. The structural properties of are studied in detail includes: moments, incomplete moment, Renyl entropy, order statistics, Bonferroni curve, Lorenz curve etc. HPL  parameters estimated using method maximum likelihood. Monte Carlo simulation was carried out investigate performance MLEs. Aircraft wind shield data Glass fibre applications demonstrate applicability proposed model.
